Kayne is living with a DIPG brain tumor. This inoperable cancerous tumor has forced our 17 year old friend to face his own mortality. Kayne wants his loved ones to know "You can cry to me. Don't lose faith. I love you."

Oh, Kayne.. this episode brought years to my eyes when I see him being to be able to use his face better.. he is such a good person who took so much energy to love himself and others... I wish I could have met him and I wish that there were more people with his wisdom who haven't had to be put through such trauma. My love to his family and soul.

It's actually crazy to see how his facial features and speech changes , seeing his later videos I thought that's what his physical face looked like but seeing this it's crazy to see it was the disease that altered his physical facial structure.

They give DIPG patients steroid shots and the face swelling is one of the side effects. It’s not the disease causing the physical changes but the large doses of steroids causing weight gain and face swelling. Almost all dipg patients have the face swelling.

I think you could have had a more respectful choice of words there bud. Crazy? Really? How would you feel after you wrecked your dirtbike if someone said. "Man it's actually crazy to see how the side of his head caved in. I thought that's what his physical face looked like but seeing this it's crazy to see it was the crash that altered his physical facial structure."

17…wow. Today is the first time I heard about this beautiful boy and his courageous fight against cancer. I’m honestly feeling upset with myself as someone who’s nearly twice his age and who’s taken life for granted more times than I can count. His story has touched me and made me more appreciative of my health and the health of my loved ones and his family is in my prayers 💜
