If you are looking to do more not necessarily historical battles, I would love to see you design an infantry and 30 cal only based fortress with trenches similar in style to this and man it properly with a massive defense force and then see you continuously send in infantry assaults and see how many waves of infantry the fort can withstand. Almost similar in style to the old super-fortress you built but this time instead of being primarily tank focused, this super-fort will be a strictly infantry battle. I think it would be a pretty cool video and would make for an epic battle

If you put the Americans as manning the fort with bazookas you could send in some very light armor support like half tracks armed with machine guns against them to balance against the massive fire the americans would be putting out but the defenders would be well equipped with bazookas to defeat them and would make the fight that more intense and epic!

I'm so happy you made the change since it did make it lot more interesting. ignore those that complain. They like seeing bunch of troops sit idly doing nothing or just run in to some choke point to get killed. That side flank attack was the best. The continuation sure took some time though.

Nice battle it does show why world war one lasted for as long as it did seeing how the germans were cut essentially to the last man even with a 3 to 1 advantage on their side and weren't charging over an open field.

Diplex, I am not sure if you are aware of this, but I wanted to mention it. And honestly, I cannot remember that exact ratio, but I think you will get what I mean. When one force is planning to attack/assault and the other force is defending, I believe that even before taking one step, the attackers should outnumber the defenders by 2:1 or 3:1. During MOUT, it is even higher at 4:1 or 5:1. Like I said, I cannot remember exactly and it is really getting me mad because I served in the Army lol. Just wanted to throw that out there in case you did not know.

Hey Diplex, Firstly I wanna say, I love to watch your content when I'm just chilling at the barracks after a long duty day. It is quite relaxing! But I have a request! I enjoy making my own battles to personally enjoy, but your methods are much smoother. If you could do a tutorial on how you run your battles it would be appreciated! I can make them but I have to use waypoints or control a single team at a time and it can be sorta immersion killing. Diplex did you design this map?! This is in my opinion the most complex and ambitious map I have ever seen you play on and I have been watching your channel for almost two years if not more. I am in aww of this masterpiece and can see the many hours you must have put into designing it. Keep up the great work and remember to keep your head down. Also on a side note, it would only be logical if the Germans had some sort of indirect per assault artillery barrage, a directly supporting infantry support gun, a stuh (stug with the howitzer) or a mortar or two.

Should have direct controlled the Germans through the hangar for realism as they wouldn't all just be attacking the same route, if they took massive casualties they would choose an alternative way

I think you should check out door kickers 2 when it's released, I think it will suit your video style well if you play the missions and then record them cinematically. (Do all of the planning off camera then turn everything off and watch).
