I have to agree that the Benson Germanium pre-amp has been the best purchase of the year. Works so well as a pre-amp for my hollow body Gibson with a single neck pickup. Perfect solution for organ trio gigs when the back line is a solid state amp.

Helliver guitars combined the Firebird Looks way earlier than the Green guitar

Jackson, when I saw the Ivision guitar you were excited about with it having much of Firebird vibe I just had to tell you about the Hartwood Deytona II. It too has a Firebird vibe with a mahogany body and set neck and with an ebony fretboard. It had all the hallmarks of some small Scandinavian builder. I was totally shocked that it is designed in the UK but made in Asia. Even so I expected at the cheapest it would be maybe 550.00 pounds yet it sells for 300. You really should check it out.
