Big fan of manual room correction with simple SPL meter. Can’t live without Auro 3D in our 7.2.6 (13.2) system.

Dirac would be my choice if I could only have one.

I’m not see or hearing all the hype about Auro 3D. I must not be setting it right when I try it all the time 😂. Regardless, love the video.

Do you have ceiling speakers or height speakers?
@colbywoodbery86483 жыл бұрын
@@joentell Yes the way I have my definitive Speakers, there on speaker mounts on the ceiling. I was thinking about moving the speakers in a 30° angle from the front speakers.

Now I know why the vast majority of features just ends up degrading the sound quality. It was only when I moved from a Denon 6500 to the arcam avr20 that I realised this! Besides one ends up working all the work arounds within a couple of weeks anyway. 😁

I have a 5.1.4 Dolby Atmos setup, would Auro-3D upmixer work in my setup? (Looking to had two side surrounds. 7.1.4 soon) Also would it essentially turn my system into a 9.1 Auro-3D system?

I wonder how many in that survery ACTAULLY A/B tested both Auro 3D and Dirac to have a fair comparison or were just picking what they actually used/had. Chauna D @TechnoDad - cool about the Ghost Town thing. One of my photographer friends uses "BODIE" as his nickname because he loves to shoot old western/rustic/broken down architecture and scenes in that old west style with black and white or sepia toned images. Ive never been there but love that rustic look. Here is one of his Flickr albums focusing on Bodie: www.flickr.com/photos/bodie-bailey/albums/72157594553315808
