Not very appealing and doesn't give that " WoW" or "must buy" feeling...looks very clumsy and living room sitting looks like 10 people seated in a queue and not enough space to sofas face other....Interior paintings, wall paper etc are not impressive..Main entrance to duplex house is a long walk from gate and doing this with heavy items will be dreadful...This is my personal opinion and no intention to influence buyers
