entirely the house looks so pleasant and so calming, one thing that I felt was missing is the garage/Parking. its the people's preference though i felt missing is only the parking are.

Its a beautifully designed house, no doubt. Also the advantage of a corner plot with 2 sides open cannot be undermined. The real challenge of light and ventilation comes in regular plots with only 1 side open i.e facing the road. That being said, i wish they had left more space in front of the house and open to sky. That way some rainfall could go back to the earth. As someone pointed out, didn't see the car parking. In Bangalore i have seen many people make teeny tiny car parking and end uo parking on the road because the space is too less to maneuver a car in and out. But at the end of the day, if the people who live there are happy then its a success.

House looks really good. One concern for me is how would you clean the grill on top?? Feels like architects miss out on such things on future maintenance.

I think the grills are below the glass, so it wont get dirty frequently. but still your point is valid.

Once in a year you can make an effort to clean. We have grills in our house but we don't clean it often. You also get long extending sticks if you want to clean yourself. Else you can hire people to clean once a year

even we face the same issue, it becomes very difficult to clean the glass as well.

Had the same thought. Cleaning will be a huge task. Can't be done by regular domestic helpers. Need tall ladders and professional help for this. Can prove costly if you are the kinds who can't stand even a speck of dust or cobweb on the ceilings.

A home that nurtures pure blissful because of Mandir. A heaven on ground floor that calms down stressed mind, bestow peacefulness n take out negative energies from atmosphere. You feel connected to higher energy that control fickle mind. And might reveal the true self awareness. While on other hand you have, A home that accomodate Bar:- shelf full of liquor, madira. A hell on upper floor. A place which that spoil your mind, increases Tamasi gun, brings negative energies, destroys one's senses, makes it slave to futile material aspects. What a balance of energy. Even God can not think of such fusion 😊

Better to go with rough stone floor. Stone communicates that you're outside. Add lots of plants. You could even build planters into the design, for example ferns growing out of the wall etc.

It's their house, let them use what works for them. Architects and interior designers don't build houses how they like, they build how their client likes. When you build ur house you can use real grass or stone
