Yes, I'm borrowing Maxi Cosi Pebble+ from wife's cousin and I wrote to Maxi Cosi customer service with similar question. They answer was 'For Pebble+ the dedicated base is 2wayFix, FamilyFix One or 3wayFix. To these bases there is possibility to use successive baby seat: Pearl One, Pearl Pro and Pearl Smart'. I've just bought FamilyFix One and I'm going to use Pearl baby seat in the future. I know you asked this question nearly year ago but it may help the others :)

You can use the same base for Pearl One, Pearl Pro and Pearl Smart, I'm not sure about Cabrio Fix...
