Everyone loves the action in John Wick (me included), but honestly my favorite part is the lore and world building. The thought of an entire group of assassins that follow certain rules and ethics is so cool. The desert place, the hotel, the ballerina stuff. Love it
@sonamtashi7706

The problem is that this secret society of assassins seems to have absolute control over the whole world. World governments & police seem to be a polite fiction in this world where you can break out into a firefight in the middle of the Arc de Triomphe & no cops arrive on the scene.

The entire Wick franchise is a mixture of a modern day western and samurai masterpiece. It's at the level of Kurosawa and Leone's movies. Every kill was done for a purpose and a great reason because it's love and poetry in motion at the end.

Maybe Winston's daughter didnt want to be apart of his world and John was willing to leave that world for her.
