Good reaction. This is F Hero's song and yes the male singer and band are Bodyslam, I understand they may be the biggest rock band in Thailand (but that most of their own work is a lot softer than this). They blended the three artists and their different styles really well, all three being equally important for the song. It is a really well made 3 way collaboration. Nobody minds that you don't understand how, rather than just gyrating around in time to the music like the KPop groups you're used to, BABYMETAL use bespoke interpretive choreo related to each song's meaning, but more importantly it includes and involves the audience in their live shows. Also in response to something else you said in that reaction, yes they keep that up for every song for the entire duration of every concert - and they do all that while singing live. You got backlash because you didn't even notice what they were doing with the choreo in the 'Karate' video and how it related to the song then you went on to post a clip from some sort of comedy sketch to insult them. That was just unnecessary and rude. Anyway, that's in the past. Keep the BABYMETAL reactions coming , you may even come round to their dancing in time.

I remember having said a similar thing once before, and I think it might have been on one of your BABYMETAL reaction videos: Compliments to your chat, they are unusually civil for a... chat. I didn't notice a single person hating on BABYMETAL or Thai or Rap or anything, that's rare. Not liking the dance choreography is OK, as long as one is not bitchy about it. I'm a metalhead, and I have never been into dancing, but I have learned to love it in BABYMETAL. It's an essential part of their shows, it adds a lot to the overall energy. It helps to energize the crowd, which in turn spurs the girls on stage on. It's a spiral that climbs higher and higher. And if you take a closer look, it's pretty different from the usual Pop dance moves, with much more connection to the lyrics.

Bodyslam is the best rock band in Thailand. Lead vocal “Atiwara (nickname Toon) is also marathon runner who ran from southern most to northern most of Thailand for fund raising (donated to hundreds hospital). F. Hero is the big guy, one of the best rappers in Thailand. He is well known for poetry rhyme. His rhyme is always linguistically beautiful. He collab with Babymetal before in 2019, Pa Pa Ya. Yod, the guitarist of Bodyslam is a fan of Babymetal since first album and he was one of the audience that F. Hero performed with BM in Japan. F. Hero is the link of BM to Bodyslam. The producer and composer of this song is Thai metal band, Mac and his band is The Darkest Romance.

Heavy and catchy AF. Before discovering BABYMETAL in 2014/2015, I didn't like ANY music that was not in English. I'm a Filipino-American and I didn't even like Filipino music! Also before BABYMETAL I didn't listen to metal! Now my new favorite rap/rock/metal song is in Thai AND Japanese! 🤘🦊🤘

Fact : The music director of this song is the Thai artist named "Mac" (he is the bassist, lead vocal, and song writer of his band called "The Darkest Romance"). He got the assignment from F. Hero to write this song and he completed this song in one day! Then he sent the demo to F.Hero and Bodyslam, everyone was shocked hearing the first demo the first time, then it was passed to the Japanese director to edit the Japanese part (that's where the guitar solo was trimmed). All above was from an interview given by F.Hero himself. The whole song including all instrumental parts was assigned, created, and completed in less than 24 hours 😊

As you commented, I love the juxtaposition of heaviness and clearness both conveying positive and encouraging messages. BABYMETAL fans know that Moametal and Momometal are both excellent singers but they prefer to concentrate mainly on dancing that you don't like. I had thought dancing on stage were not indispensable at all or even sometimes distractive UNTIL I discovered BABYMETAL. The two girls Moa and Momo have multifunction : Conductors to orchestrate unorganized crowd, Interpreters of lyrics with a kind of sigh language, Cheer leaders to exhilarate the audiences (they are already & always exhilarated, though 😄) and more importantly Forming a triangle with Su that makes their performance look more dynamic 3-dimensionally.

BABYMETAL's dancing is more interpretive choreography that helps the viewer understand the song better without understanding the language. Really shows more during their earlier years and songs. Makes them totally unique, and me being a metal headbanger for half a century love it and find all my other favorite bands a bit boring now because they just stand and jump around.

Yeah there is nothing wrong with voicing your opinion about the dancing. The only problem last time (atleast for me) was the comparison to that ridiculous comedy sketch and essentially being disrespectful and making fun of their dancing. If you want to hear another member of Babymetal sing you might want to check out GJ or Onedari Daisakusen (Budokan 2021 Live) where Moa-Metal sings. She's super talented in her own right. In this track it's the first time Moa and Momo have had a verse singing together. Great reaction!

About the dancing with Babymetal. You have to understand that Babymetal is a mix of Metal and Japanese Idol culture. Their brand is Kawaii Metal, which is a new genre that was invented with Babymetal. It basically means cute metal, which before Babymetal was rwo completely different things that didn't mix. The dancing is part of the Japanese Idol culture, and seeing then live just gives the show a totally different experience than other metal artists that just walk around on stage and sing. Babymetal is awesome because they challenge the status quo in metal. They are pretty unique in my opinion. 👍

He is the producer of the song "LEAVE IT ALL BEHIND" and these songs is from the band "The Darkest Romance" of which he (Thitiwat Rongthong) is the lead singer. Not sure you'd like these (but maybe you would!), Megitsune, Catch me if you can, and Metali! (this one is fun!) are pretty good. If you want to hear one of the other members sing, Moa-metal covers a part in Headbanger during one of their shows and she's really good, or Gimme Chocolate which the other girls do a lot of singing in! Rondo of Nightmare has a lot going on, the band goes off, super theatrical as well, it's like watching a live action music video.

I don't think you can separate Babymetal and dancing. Babymetal quit in 2021, and when Moa and Su got together, they played music and danced, and that's when they decided to get the band back together. It's just part of them. When they have a new song and the choreographer comes in, they already have a routine's framework worked out. But, listening's cool too.
