To your question about when this was, when I looked into it, it was a 2 day stadium concert in september of 2014, they played to an amazing crowd of 60,000 people, i just love these guys, I've gotten lucky to see them three times and even meet them, they are an entire experience and one I'm so glad you're getting to share in with each new song you hear from them :) enjoy :)

Never heard this one but wow!!! These guys are really dang good!! I can’t believe I’ve never heard of them before. The Japanese audience is respectfully immersed in the moment, that always impresses me. They’re so polite too. I got to live in Japan for three years and it was such a wonderful place to live. The respect and honor they believe in really shows in their mannerisms. They have pride and take care of their country in a way that Id never seen before. When I came back to the states, it smelled and there was so much litter everywhere. And people are rude as heck. Japan holds a special place in my heart.

When I saw them the first time it was in a tiny venue in New York and I was in the second row from the stage. Hearing this sung basically in my face was life altering.

As a teenager in the 80s I went to a LOT of rock concerts. We would always run up to the front & try to get as close as possible. At the shows, you can 'feel' the togetherness. BUT, if you see it from the camera's point of view, it's just magical. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

ONE OK ROCK's most famous song, The Beginning, was sung last at Yokohama Stadium, and will give you even more excitement and shock.

It definitely is an experience being in the audience when they sing this song, especially at a concert in Japan. The venue totally echoes with everyone singing along. It's great. Taka consistently hits 30 seconds on the long tone in this song. It feels like an eternity. He's so good.

I think you'll like "Let's take it someday" (Mighty Long fall) at Yokohama Stadium, the camera work in that performance is incredible, you can see how fun their concerts are and how they connect with fans, hope to see you reacting to more of their videos! 🤘

I really loved the very beginning of the song when he sang a capella. This is the only time that he did it and it sounded so beautiful. Love your reactions as a director.

One OK Rock is my all time favorite band. I've been lucky to see them live 3 times -- their USA tickets are hella cheap. Boston house of blues, $35. They actually pretty recently released a new album, Luxury Disease, and a LOT of their stuff on that is super good. Some of their songs I'd recommend, live or not: Wasted Nights, I Was King, The Beginning, Mighty Long Fall, Taking Off, Vandalize, Let Me Let You Go, Gravity, and then a very specific live of Be The Light, the one from Yokohama. You'll bawl like a baby. Also, ANYTHING from their studio jam sessions -- stripped down acoustic versions of their songs, or sort of more mellow(?) versions of them. Very good, and a very good display of Taka's talent.

you can always tell a OOR performance is old when Taka has a red taped-up mic, because that was his signature thing before. BUT it's making a comeback lol

Thank you for picking a Japanese song. l recommend “ONE OK ROCK - I was King [Official Video from Orchestra Japan Tour] “ Japan has a wide variety of music, songs, and artists. and Japanese music is very diverse. Until recently, Japanese artists had a language barrier and the Japanese domestic market was too big(The Japan music market is the second biggest in the world,) so they were not actively selling overseas, that's why most of the artists are not known outside of Japan, so there are still great finds. Recently, Japanese female bands are popular all over the world. l recommend … ● BAND-MAID / DOMINATION (Official Live Video) ● BAND-MAID / Manners, BLACK HOLE (Official Live Video) for J-LOD LIVE2 ● Gacharic Spin「MindSet」 The easiest and most convenient way to search for Japanese music on KZbin is "THE FIRST TAKE" l hope you like them!

Why's this band called One OK Rock? It should be One Band Rock. It's like every everybody is involved with the to complete a song.
I’m not sure if you take recommendations off of KZbin but I would highly recommend watching Boracity Magazine’s video essays on BTS! I’d love to hear your opinions on them. Some particularly well-known videos of theirs are “BTS paved the way, why is it so hard to accept it?” And others such as “BTS vs Spotify”, “Why the music industry is terrified of bts” etc.
