ONE OK ROCK never disappoints. I just got back from Japan last week after seeing them in concert 4 times over there. So worth the flight over. Not just their music, but the more you learn about the guys as individuals, the more you will love them. Like these guys never take the "easy" way. People always say their music would be perfect for anime but they purposefully don't do music for anime because they don't want to become known as "that artist that did the song for that one series." The guys want to be recognized for their talent and they want to help pave the way for future generations to surpass them. Who does that?? What kind of group actually looks forward to being surpassed by their juniors? ONE OK ROCK is that kind of group. They are such a talented bunch of guys.

I just got back from Japan with a study abroad trip and got to see them live and it was everything I hoped it to be. I've been listening to them since 2013/2014 and have grown more and more in love with their music ever since. My favorite song by them is The Beginning and We Are, both of which they played. They opened with We Are and it was absolutely incredible. Just have to find a way to see them again at some point.

As was said, Taka was sick during this concert so it was held an hour later. He sang 22 songs and the only break was the instrumentals which was maybe 3 to 5 minutes. It is amazing how he could perform while not feeling 100%. And his run up from the runway was obviously slower than usual and he was exhausted at the end. He is the consummate performer.

I'll NEVER forget the moment I heard this song live at Yafuoku Dome back in 2018, I cried SO HARD like it was my toughest time in my life and ONE OK ROCK have saved me for COUNTLESS TIMES over the past 13 years that I've been following and became a fan of them. I got to say being a fan of ONE OK ROCK is one of the most LUCKY thing for me that I met SO MANY AMAZING FRIENDS including Japanese and American fans who also love them and we went through many many hard times together. I'm always grateful that ONE OK ROCK's music always stayed besides me when I'm depressed and let me met SO MANY AMAZING FRIENDS who supports me. To me the ONE OK ROCK community is a heartwarming family which always welcomes me with open arms.
I saw them in April in Japan. It felt like a dream. I was far from the stage but I still felt Taka's energy and the crowd is the best. His voice is freaking amazing. 🤧 I will forever be a fan.

I've been a fan of One Ok Rock almost since their beginning. They put on the best live performances ever. You should check out Taka singing "Hello". Fun fact, Ryota is married to Avril Lavigne's sister. One Ok Rock, Dimash, Stray Kids and Jackson Wang....can't go wrong with any of these performers.

Taka has an amazing voice, and they sounded so amazing live. He was so animated and interacted with the crowd a lot. It was a short set (only 35 minutes), but they did not disappoint! So good!!

I highly recommend to check some heavier songs: "Mighty Long Fall", "Ending Story", "Clock Strikes". Of course all live but studio versions sounds exactly the same... and if you want to react to more ballads: "Wherever you are", "Be the Light"", "One Way Ticket". There are a couple live show with only acoustic guitar songs like: "Heartache", "Good Goodbye". Awesome reaction keep enjoying the ride.

From what I've seen of ONE OK ROCK they're not gonna dissapoint, I really hope I can see them live someday! About Dimash, I've followed him for almost 3 years now and he have improved massively during that time. He keeps surprising us with new stuff and showing us his development as an artist, he will continue to grow and impress us. Like 3 days ago when he during his solo concert in Yerevan, Armenia performed an Armenian folk song (Sareri Hovin Mernem) he learned only hours before the show to show his respect and gratitude towards the local audience. It was a hauting and etheral performance, ending with him mimicing the sound of Duduk (Armenian national instrument), jaws dropped, tears was shed and he got a standing ovation. True musicians like ONE OK ROCK and Dimash will always do their best to improve, give their best performances to the audience, give back to the fans. Artists like that rarely dissapoints.

There's no need to be scared about ONE OK ROCK disappointing you. I've been a fan for nearly a decade and every live show I've seen has been amazing, although some people don't like their very old live shows when Taka is still trying to get rid of his accent as he sings slower songs. Their live shows that they played with an orchestra are incredible. On top of that they will play some acoustic songs in the middle of a live show as well as live studio sessions. You could react to one song several different ways if you want. "I was King", "Fight for the night", and "stand out fit in" are some songs to react to with an orchestra. "Heartache" and "Wherever you are" are good acoustic songs . Then some studio session songs are "Vandalize" and "Your Tears are Mine". They have really heavy songs like "Deeper Deeper" live at Yokohama stadium and "mighty long fall" at the same venue.

Please try the "chaos myth" from ONE OK ROCK... not the album version, but the live version... the one that has orangey color at the beginning (live is outdoor afternoon). Btw, c.h.a.o.s.m.y.t.h is an acronym from taka's close circle friends. One of them is a famous movie actor who did suicide. This song is dedicated to him, that's what I read.
