Director Vinay Shukla on 'While We Watched' Leak, Ravish Kumar & NDTV | Vodcast | The Quint

Ravish Kumar is one of India's most accomplished journalists, known for his stint with NDTV India. But what is it like to be inside his mind? In this vodcast interview, filmmaker Vinay Shukla talks about his experience filming Kumar in intimate spaces, the KZbin leak of the documentary, and the state of Indian media and NDTV.
Shukla's documentary, 'While We Watched', is a fly-on-the-wall look at Kumar's life and work. The practice of speaking few words in english and then few words in hindi and again few words in hindi... It makes me irritated. Is it a skill or shortcomings? Why don't they speak fully either in hindi or english? Not sure what should we call to such trend! Anyway, film is available in youtube. Those who lives in India and is aware of Ravishji and Godi media already since 2014, nothing new to watch in the movie.
