Bro no offence but nobody does real journalism its all biased may it be left wing or right wing et us take them one by one. 1. Times Group - Usually a supporter of the RPI, wait but what is RPI - it simply means Ruling Party of India (RPI), this is a chameleon group which moves whichever way the wind blows. usually pro-Congress as for 85%+ time period they ruled. 2. NDTV- Pro Left and Pro Congress and Anti- BJP/Hindus etc. Wonder Why? Kapil Sibal was a proxy share owner in it for a long time. Also Prannoy Roy is related to Arundhati Roy, Prakash and Brinda Karat etc via marriage. 3. India TV pre-2014 was controlled by the SP i.e. Amar Singh, then in 2014 it turned from pro-SP to pro-BJP seeing the "Modi Wave". 4. Zee, Subhash Goel has been semi-attached to BJP since the mid 1990s. So, ZEE and its affiliates can be called pro-BJP. But they are probably the only ones in this camp pre-2014. But at times, shrewd businessman that he is, he turns RPI supporter. 5. Regional Groups like- Dainik Bhaskar Group is generally pro-RPI. ABP or Ananda Bazaar Patrika is pro-Trinamool in Bengal; most of the Bengal press was pro-Left pre 2010. The only exception is the Pioneer Paper which was led by Chandan Mitra and Swapan DasGupta which is pro-BJP. Jaya TV is pro- Jayalalitha in Tamil Nadu Sun TV/Kalaignar etc are pro DMK in Tamil Nadu ETV is pro- Chandrababu Naidu in Andhra. India Today and AAJ Tak are pro- Congress. Lokmat Group is pro- Congress in Maharashtra. Kerala based papers are equally divided between Left and Congress. Most of the print media in South India is/was owned by various political parties and act as mouthpieces for those parties, this trend is increasingly being replicated in Western and Eastern India also. 6. CNN- IBN :- pre 2014 was pro- Congress and Anti-BJP, post 2014 has become neutral as Mukesh Ambani has bought a stake. Being a shrewd businessman, he is a firm RPI supporter. Rajdeep and Wife (Sagarika) are/were firmly pro-Congress. 7. Hindu Newspaper- Oxymoron name. It is totally anti-Hindu and pro-Left, though i still read it for the quality of English writing and because it stays away from BAKWAAS news like - Aliens etc. 8. Hindustan Times- Owned by Birla Family, Birlas used to be MPs on Congress Tickets and pro- Congress. Always die-hard pro-Congress. 9. AAJ Tak and India Today- Certainly pro-Congress as several % of share holding is held by Congress party members. 10. Fringe media like- Cobra Post and Tehelka - - Totally Congress owned and controlled. 11. Besides there is also the 2 main religion based newspapers- Urdu Press which is Pro-Congress and Pro-Regional Party (in most states) and Panchjanya/Organiser which is a pro-Hindu and pro- BJP newspaper. 12. I left out one major paper- Indian Express- Till late 1980s when Ramnath Goenka was present it was anti-RPI, since the ruling party was mostly Congress, it was deemed to be anti-Congress but now it too has become pro- Congress post 2000.
