The WCML going north out of Preston heads to Lancaster, which is 20 miles away. The weather is accurate for summer up here in Lancashire. If you ever get customers asking how to get to Morecambe, they would need to change at Lancaster. They might find themselves on a rail replacement bus as Northern seem to be reluctant to employ drivers to drive the Lancaster to Morecambe/Heysham branch line. Morecambe was a big seaside resort a long time ago but is very run down/rough.

@@patkins8319 I live in York and I used to travel to Preston on the Blackpool train, then up to Oxenholme through Lancaster on a Pendo to get to Windermere. Took me through the world famous Carnforth station also!

Great video mate, finally bought TSW4 and been really enjoying it with already having more hours on it than I do on TSW3. Catching up on all the routes I've missed out on in the past year or so and are all really good with the Fife circle being my personal fav.

@@chrishines6048 I’ve only been to Weston Super Mare once in my life and I remember a really fantastic, amazing pier - except the tide was out and I don’t think I got to see the sea!

@@TheLifeofPhillJames24 the pier was even better before it burnt down and Weston-Super-Mare was fantastic back in the day but it's looking a bit sorry for itself and it's losing businesses left, right and centre due to online shopping and people shopping in big cities

You know what. I wonder what train in tsw has the most annoying wipers. My vote would probably be the 72 stock. Also on some trains the wipers squeak when the window is dry

I live in Bournemouth area and the beaches are spectacular golden sand....ruined by visiting tourists in fine weather. The sand looks like a bombs hit it after a busy, sunny day. Surrounding towns are dying. Just saying! 😊
