I`m retired and have a small shop where I perform woodturning, create musical instruments, and some cabinetry. I have a shelf full of woodworking textbooks - but I found this woodworking guide, *TopFineWoodworking. Com* . The comprehensiveness of this book is surprising. It has decent coverage on every topic.?

You have no problem building this project because you have all the tools you needed. I’m planning to build one but with limited tools like Miter and Circular saws and Kregjig pocket holes that’s it. It will be a challenge.

Interesting building techniques. Liked your use of the table saw to plow out the hinges. I've used superglue to hold brackets and lock hasps in place. Do the dry wall screws which are more agressive keep the stress low on the brass screws?

Love the cabinet Jimmy! In your frame and panel doors, is glue enough to hold them together long term, or would you recommend wooden pegs/dowels locking the pieces of the frame together? Also, I am curious why you choose a flush, or slightly protruding rather then recessed kick?
@ktulu1937 жыл бұрын
Is it an idea to flip the door underneath the overhang, so that you don't need to open the door fully before walking past the top of the floor cabinets? I can't see what's on the other side of the door though.
