DiResta How to Cut a Burrito - I Built a Guillotine!

In this video I thought that I would figure out how to build a guillotine. With a little ingenuity and creativity in the shop, I built one. As with all of my projects, this guillotine build provided some challenges, but at the end of the day, it was a shop experiment that was super fun to build and turned out awesome!

I was glad to see that as well. Even if it was lower carbon steel (.2-.4%), it will harden up significantly over the annealed state. 50 hrc is much much harder than 30 hrc.
