Magic! Great to see a manual gearbox and RWD. I don't care if newer things are quicker, this is the epitome of rallying. I remember dicking about on my mountainbike around Hafren in the eighties, on the fire road near the source of the Severn, and I came across a 7 series BMW. The driver asked me the way to Aberystwyth. There were two grannies in the back. I wonder if they ever got out.

I love that the stage opens up with a section I recognise from Sweet Lamb that was accurately modeled in DIRT Rally 2.0. I also love the fact that the fastest car of the RAC was running a H-pattern manual. Bloody awesome.

nah if they tried already and then he went back there is a reason. They need to explain him that to win a rally you need to finish the event first.

@@albertoerbusti895 In 2019, during his third year competing, he finished eight rally's as 1st and three as 2nd, in the year in which he reached the age of 18 years, which is very young for such a palmares - what did you say?

@@wtcnl yeah dude, in r5. As i said, he is not ready for the top series and right now there are better drivers who are more suitable than him for wrc. The only thing that might give him a chance more than the others are the money he brings, but thats another story.

My first ever experience with rallying was a short stint in the navigators seat in a very fast Mitsubishi Lancer at night through the forests of NSW here in Australia and I was about Olivers age. I highly respect these guys flying along these roads at night as they have to have extremely sharp reflexes driving in the beam of those headlights at those speeds.
