hello bro can you help me after i flash custom rom then boot up but stuck in logo and then i press buttons to go back trwp and i make it wipe meta data and data then i get same result when boot up so how can i back my stock rom

Did you end up fixing it? Have you tried just flashing the stock firmware back onto it? I flashed LineageOS/rooted my backup phone a few weeks ago, but I'm getting a new phone n want to do the same and I'm nervous about potential situations like what you've described!

If device root ,when i dirty flash for update rom ,i must unroot first?

No, but root will automatically be overwritten You have to root again

decided to flash linage os on my note 10 pro finally yesterday ..because linage os has been always one of my favorite roms in the past .can't believe linage os is using pixel launcher as default launcher ...smh ..very disappointed !!!!

You're using Unofficial LOS Build in RN10P, that's why [it's modified] If you use Official, things are different.
