Had a sore throat for a year. Back now! If possible atleast start mobile detailing in the spring and move into a shop in the fall. If it’s hot all the time where you live just do mobile until you’re limited in growth. My other suggest is not something realistic for everyone but if you can somehow buy the shop. You will be years and years ahead of yourself off the rip. Or work up to that. Either way, I think working real estate into your business is a game changer
