51 here, they sound more like Tora Tora to me. Don't get me wrong, love that band and Dirty Honey. They would've fit right in with that mid-late 80s era. Most of the bands that try this style today get it wrong and add too many modern touches. This is straight classic.

Loved seeing them live in Philly last month. Awesome energy, very solid performance from entire band. They were touring with The Black Crowes, legends in my book. They every bit belonged there and beyond, set a high standard for the night. Would love to see them headline something hope they release new stuff soon. Hoping to see them back in PA headlining some places one day. That singer is incredible cannot express that enough man and makes it look absolutely effortless.

Everything about them is authentic no fancy instruments, no Auto-Tune, no music tracks, just straight-up rock and roll and Blues. I would bet on it (the rock resurgence). Everything that was to be done has been done. This band is just one of many decent bands in 50 some years of hard rock history but it's not exceptional. Don't get me wrong - it's good, honest music, but nothing Earth shattering, nothing new. It's hard to make new rock music that would be sounding like nothing else before. The last guy that's done it was EVH. I wouldn't even know about this band if I wasn't looking for some info about something else.
