That's one thing that concerns me about running a booth at a con. It can be hard to manage security if you don't have multiple people managing your booth. Hope they find the guy who stole it.

At some con in Belgium or The Netherlands some seller had his entire profit stolen must be devastating. I think I got robbed once for a 20-30 dollar game but still not 100% sure and another guy who grabbed cib instead of box+game after paying.. also not a game with huge value and I probably payed 1-2$ for it anyway but still not fun to happen

The thing is it’s not hard for sellers to invest some money into a ring camera or other battery operated cameras that will record during the whole con. It’s worth the price if you set up a lot and have high value items.

What I don't get if the person was looking at the $1000 game why wasent someone constantly eying them, I know those rare ones are always locked up. I dunno

There was a different booth at GameOn that had a tote of games on the floor to the side. There were copies of Kid Klown, Zombie Nation, bunch of other $100+ games. Just sitting on the floor where the people running the booth couldn't see. I'm surprised more stuff wasn't reported stolen

I love that someone made new shells for Gus a few years ago. I was able to make a replica of the yellow Japanese Game Gear right down to the correct color buttons. Then I added USBC and a Mcwill screen. FYI, I sware that GG booth guy looks like David from Disturbed.

If that TV Tuner works, he could touch rf/coax cable to the antenna. You could scale any console down with an rf modulator. Playing PS5 games on a Gamegear would be pretty cool.

We don't have this scene in Australia, population difference obviously means less in circulation over here. We don't really have flea markets or second hand shops on the level of goodwill in any capacity. :( I lost all my old game systems, games and memorabilia in a house fire in 2008.
