Gameboy Color is probably one of the most pointless consoles they ever did. Literally every big game on it was a rehashed game from the previous gen… at least the few it did have; plus, the GBA does everything it does and then some more, with a greater library as well. They could’ve probably waited another three years for the GBA since they waited nearly ten for the color. Virtual boy is the only thing worse though.

Ocarina of time is an extremely well made game. However I do feel like Majora's Mask was a smidge better. The side quest and ppl made you feel and understand the world and got you fully involved.

GameCube was Nintendo’s worst performing console ever until the Wii U. Third parties gave up on it after 2 years and the price was radically dropped because no one was buying it after like 18 months. Store shelves had giant PS2 sections, smaller Xbox sections and even smaller GameCube sections. Games like Sunshine and Wind Waker were also released unfinished and didn’t have the impact of prior games in the series. RE4, Metroid Prime and Melee were amazing games though.

ff7 is overrated 100%. disc 1 was good but everything after that just devolves into poorly written nonsense. and yes, i do understand what was going on. its not hard to follow. its just stupid. ff8 and 9 were far superior games.

Any game released pre-ps2/Xbox are overrated. They are all clunky, horribly written and NONE of them hold up well at all. Apart from the odd ps1 game like Resident Evil or Silent Hill, while being outdated they are very well made

I always cringe when people's first instinct is to plug the power to something they don't know anything about. I get the excitement, but that power supply was pretty crusty looking and I don't think it's the fan you heard if they've been sitting outside for a year. hope you'll get them fixed though

Ocarina of Time is the type of Zelda that everyone has played. Even if those very same people dont beat every Zelda. That in itself sets it apart from so many.

A lot of nostalgia rather than reality talking in all of these clips. The NES and SNES were amazing for their time, but definitely not the best. That really has to go to thr Wii. Also not enough love for the 3DS / 2DS XL - out of the box? No, but with the really easy to do soft-mods on it, it is an amazing system.
