That is the highest note Su-metal has ever reached in any of Babymetal songs at 5:17-5:20

⚡ 💀 💕 / 📺 The last line is "Chiin", which is the equivalent of "Ding", like a bell ringing. You would think this song was written just for Su. Her delivery is just so good. This one was on a joint single with death pop band Kiba of Akiba, the original artist. Backed with the BABYMETAL song 'Iine!', the Kiba of Akiba song 'Party @the BBS' and a Kiba of Akiba cover of the BABYMETAL song 'Doki Doki ☆ Morning'. A really strange cover of 'Doki Doki ☆ Morning'. : ) Unlike most of their covers, BABYMETAL has performed this one live at least 20 times, the last few with the live Kami Band.

The song is a watershed for Babymetal. The EP and recordings were done as part of a Sakura Gakuin promotion. After this, singles were promoting Babymetal. After this is when they diverged

Their cover songs are all improvements on the originals and this is no exception, it really suits them and all the elements of what makes Babymetal unique and just so special were in there. Also, after the guitar and drum work, did you hear BOH's bass line when Su was hitting those notes towards the end?

It's like Black Babymetal asked Su to come out and play, in my head anyway. :-)

I could be wrong, but I think Su fits best right where she is with BM. It's a perfect musical style for her voice.

Definitely my favorite Babymetal cover song and probably my top 5 Babymetal song overall. It checks all the boxes. Great guitar and drums. Moimoi have great kawaii contributions, the dance is cute as hell and Su is magnificent as always. When you paused the video the first time to talk about Su's voice I was thinking, You ain't heard nothing yet! :)

That "Chi---n" at the end is sound of a bell used in funeral which represents a feeling one's dead.

"Kimi to Anime ga Mitai" could be translated as "Answer for Animation With You" (Mitai= mee-ta-ee)
@steffenjachnow81765 жыл бұрын
Not really. The translation of "君とアニメが見たい" (kimi-to-a-ni-me-ga-mi-ta-i) is "I want to watch anime with you".
@javibfcxdiz5 жыл бұрын
@@steffenjachnow8176 I thought it was like you say, but that translation is everywhere 🤔 Actually sounds pretty weird to me lol
@steffenjachnow81765 жыл бұрын
@@javibfcxdiz The thing is the song's title is misleading. The complete title is "君とアニメが見たい~Answer for Animation With You" (like you can see here: s019.radikal.ru/i628/1305/e5/4866410cc646.jpg ). The second section after the swung dash isn't the translation of the first section. It's part of the song's title.

The last word you mentioned〝chi-nn〟is a kind of effective sounds in Japan,e.g. in used the end of uncool story and boring story of anime or comedys as self-deprecating. Sorry for the poor English.

Awesome song, (thanks for breathing life back into a lesser known BM track) as always with BM... everything they is either great or awesome...🦊🤘. Not sure but BM and Kiba have a deeper relationship than "covers"... Kiba may well have played guitar in some of BM's early tracks... either way Kiba of Akiba are worth checking out kzbin.info/www/bejne/jnLOY5VqlLmam9U

I always enjoy your Babymetal reactions and thank you for doing reaction V for this particular song. This is a song originally by Kiba-of-Akiba, a male rock group. They were pretty decent rock group, unfortunately stopped playing live in 2018. I hope you have time to watch their original song at kzbin.info/www/bejne/bJStZaNubc6pgbc. This song is meant to be be a young boy wishing to ask out a girl to watch an anime for a date at his home. You will see pretty nice singing and playing by them in the video. But no doubt Babymetal outshone the original at every score: singing, playing, and dancing. This particular song showcases how excellent the Babymetal is as an rock artist. Nothing less than 10 out of 10. Please keep doing Babymetal reactions.

pronounced "key-mee to anime gah mee-tie". title translates to "I want to watch anime with you", so sad that they're missing the contrast with the cute and hard music now..
@Grington3005 жыл бұрын
Have you listened to 'Oh Majinai', '^vBBAB', 'Shanti Shanti Shanti' and some of the other songs on the new album? There is still plenty of contrast to be had despite them maturing.
