The only tutorial that works, I tried everything and it kept enabling itself, changing the registry was the only thing that worked for me, still I hope it doesn't re-enables itself over time, this is just Microsoft BS and every year they get worse... I hope Linux based systems get better over time so I can change my computer OS for gaming and personal stuff, Microsoft is not safe, too many things that they want to manage in my system, they say that pushing those "security" features they protect us....
