It's not a magical fix, it can cause a lot of issues if you disable this. If you use MIDI softwares as an example, working and use scanners and other port functions might not work.

Boosting fps / fixing stutters requires a series of tunings and it's specific to your hardware and usage patterns. One tweak that works for you may bring worse results to the other users. I wish I can get time to explain this in the future. Follow me If you hate this message lol.
