As a laptop user, month ago i used to have 150 fps, but now all of the sudden it doesn't budge from 30. I'm making LoL videos and this is a problem, since i can't record anything, because as soon as i turn any other program to re-record (Action!), fps drops to bellow 10. P.S all the background programs are always off. Please help!

I think it's something physical in your laptop like your motherboard or gpu is burned out or you have too many programs and need to uninstall. or just don't record when playing league or choose your graphics settings in game

riot can you post a video on how to unbann a lol account ? because my account was permamently banned because my friend borrowed it while me and my family traveled. Because of that he played my account a lot he told me that my account was restricted for chatting and only a limited chats. After that,my account was banned for weeks. Then, he told me that it was permamently banned.
