Hello! Great video. I think when you talk about disappointing products with a spirit of how a brand may improve the product, it is SO helpful! All brands need straight forward feedback. One way you may want to use the 100% Pure Eyeliner is this: I dip a tiny angled eyeliner brush into the product (not using their wand) and use this to line my eyes. This works so much better for me and minimizes the amount that goes all over my eye! Thanks, Kim

The Lurk perfume sounds awesome...I love that combination of scents. But have had the same problem with natural perfumes as far as them lasting. I smell them initially but it doesn't even last an hour. I have been wanting to try Osia but I would have to have samples like those to see because I get very mixed reviews about them. Thanks for sharing it's helpful to hear about products people did not like as well as why.

The Pit putty ones are horrible in stick form. Try the spray they are AMAZING!! I didn't think I would like a spray deodorant but I LOVE it even in the summer I smell amazing!!

Agree 100%, we talked about this in your last video. I really think these videos are helpful as people can avoid expensive mistakes. Inspired by you I revived this type of posts on my blog, before this I used to think it as negative and preferred just to not mention bad products. So thanks for sharing with us! xo

I have a feeling that we like similar scents. I LOVE Mahalo Vacation Glow. I just wish I could afford it! I haven't tried EWB's Magical Babassu oil, but I did try a few others and they just didn't work for me. I sort of liked Green Leaves & Co, but mainly for the scent (though it was a little bit like putting pasta herbs on your face). Thanks again for another lovely video. Have a beautiful day!

yay to more of these types of videos! I didn't like the 100% pure eyeliner but it was because it flaked so easily! Like after an hour or so it would start to crack and peel off. Suck that the Magical Babassu oil didn't work for you 😕. I do agree it's more suited for dry skin, I've use it mostly on my dry skin, and yes it does have a nutty tobacco smell and it does get stronger in time but mine took months for the scent to change. I did have it in my fridge tho. anyway great video doll, very helpful.

You guys should try the root pretty liquid eyeliner. It lasts so long but it's tricky to apply! When I use the 100% pure liquid liner, I have to use primer and another brush

I love these videos from you! They are always so helpful to hear. I have had a similar experience with the Magical Babassu oil--mine did have quite a strong scent after a while, but nothing like you described, although I didn't care for it either--I agree that it is for dry skin. I used it in the winter when my skin was incredibly dry and I didn't have any real results from it. I have heard so many rave reviews though, I think I'm going to try another round of samples in the near future!

Omg I tried the Brija Cosmetics Lula Mae lipstick too and mine had the same effect on me! I love the color, but yeah it's way too patchy, not opaque, and settles into any lines you have. Great video btw! I was going to try out the Pit Putty deodorants but thank goodness I watched your review!

Omg I'm glad it wasn't just me with Lula Mae! Yeah I'm curious to see if anyone comments about the Pit Putty having a different texture than I did, because it is completely unusable for me. Such a bummer since they smelled really nice. I'm glad you liked the video! ❤

my experience with the 100% eye liner has been same! it was just awful it would get clumped and glued to my lashes and I could not get it off! it was terryfying, never again.I also find OSEA to be not that impressive, I got their atmosphere cream or whatever it is called and I found it to be doing nothing. I think you should definitely continue your disappointing products review.

I really love the 100% pure eyeliner! It reminds me of MAC liquid liner. The brush isn't my fav, I usually put it on the back of my hand and apply with a liner brush

Hi Annie. You know I am a big ZE deo lover too! :) I wanted to comment to talk about the Magical Babassu for EWB. I know the scent is supposed to develop over time, but for me it was months later. The scent became more nutty, but not at all like a cigarette... I think that's unusual. Of course it smells slightly of tobacco, since it contains tobacco, but mine smells like fresh tobacco, with a hint of the scent of leather, if that makes sense? Most of Ava's products are super fresh so I know she says to keep them in the refrigerator, but not sure what happened to yours? But I do agree that it is more for dry skin, even sometimes I can't use it and I have VERY dry skin. But I do attest to it helping to get rid of inflammation though. Sad to hear it didn't work for you, it is one of my favorite skin care products! And yeah haha you know I don't like the 100% Pure eyeliner either ;)

Yeah it's so weird, I'm familiar with fresh tobacco scent, but this one is definitely a stale cigarette scent to me...maybe I'm crazy though lol? I do usually keep my skincare in the fridge, with the exception of samples I currently use...which I did with this one. So maybe that caused it? idk. I'm so excited to try many other products from EWB though!

Have you tried Tilly by Rosie Jane? It's by far my most favourite natural/eco scent. They have a roll on and the Eau da Parfum.

I like these kind of videos! I'm just switching over to green beauty products and am not familiar with most of the brands so these videos have been pretty helpful. :) I do love Shea Moisture products but my hair is super dry and curly. Thanks for sharing your experience with these products~~~

By far my favorite deodorant is Schmidt's. It's the only natural deodorant that holds up for me on hot, busy days.

Too bad about the pit putty! I have used pit putty usually in tea tree spearmint, lemon and Clove or super pit putty and have never experienced as crumbly texture as in your video but the texture is a little more crumbly than other natural deodorants I have tried but I do think you might have received a defective batch because that was really bad! Have you tried their creams? I haven't tried the zabana brand, it's on my list! What scents have been most effective for you?

what mascara do you use? I've tried some natural ones: pacifica, 100% pure, honeybee organics, and they always smudge under my eye (I have oily skin). Any recommendations?

I use Lotus Pure Organic Mascara. It's the only one I've tried that doesn't smudge, but also gives me the look I want!
