Skin care is more than what’s on the surface the effects can be emotionally brutal to a young teenager. I struggled not to commit suicide over a chronic chronic skin condition. At 66 it’s still a struggle most people can’t comprehend.

I really agree with the sentiment of this video! Skincare is so much more than just a way to look good. It's also an important part of our overall health and well-being. Our skin is our body's largest organ, and it protects us from the elements, helps to regulate our body temperature, and even helps to fight off infection. I think it's important to find a skincare routine that works for you and your budget. You don't have to spend a fortune on expensive products to have healthy skin. There are plenty of affordable drugstore options that can work just as well. The most important thing is to be consistent with your skincare routine. Even if you can only do a few basic steps each day, it will make a difference in the long run. Thanks for making this video! It's a great reminder that skincare is more than just about vanity. It's about taking care of our health and well-being.

For a Skincare routine you do not have to buy 300+ products. You only need : a saop or cleanser, moisturizer creme, sunscreen, good serum (optional). + eat well and healthy. And that’s it!! These are the important ones to use to take care of your skin. The rest aren’t important at all!

It's not that expensive overall. They don't need to buy Shiseido or some other high-end brand. On an average day, they just need to do their face and only exposed parts, not their whole body. At the least, I suggest their face. The sun ages you more than anything else as far as natural aging goes. Anything is better than nothing.

Funny, people should have a look at countries like Korea and Japan, where women as well as men , without shame, have been using skincare for decades. It's not only about sun-cream, which, can be damaging if used in excess. People cover themselves, use sun-umbrellas or long gloves that are breathable and cooling to cover their arms. Have a healthy and most importantly, balanced diet. Drink green tea which helps with detoxification and generally consume a lot of liquids. Hiking, sports, being out in the nature is also very common. Kids, teens, families spending more time outside is small piece of a big puzzle that essentially creates a healthy person. The west has been making fun of Asians, yet now start to realise why things are done a certain way and later give speeches as if they've just discovered the secret. Davis is doing well for trying to dismantle the idea that skincare is for everyone, but he should definitely do more research.

I would add that sunscreen is supposed to be reapplied every 2 hours especially if you're swimming or sweating . It's also not full proof and shouldn't preclude other protective measures like wearing hats and sunglasses and avoiding the sun in the height of the day whenever possible . Unfortunately I'm not that motivated about cancer protection but visible signs of aging and I'm right there LOL .

I mean....more or less..just like all around health is also a luxary at this point. Covering all bases of your bodies health without totally breaking the bank and being broke for another two months after is how it is these days. Health is a luxary, it shouldn't be, but sadly it is. Now will if pay a grand or more to get to where I need to be to be healthy? Yes, because health is a necessity to do the things you need to do in this life both wants and needs. Health is a luxary for people who have money, but it also becomes a luxary when you realize how much you haven't been taking care of it. Love your body you guys in any way possible health wise.

Ignorance of today. Instead of promoting sunscreen, better look into a rooting cause of cancer which is a compromised immune system. Preventative health care is not about covering your body with sunscreen. We need sunlight. It's Vit D3 vs taking supplements. It's important to hydrate, detox, eat the right foods, and be outside before 10 am or after 4 pm if possible. How much did the sunscreen company pay you? Paid off tuition?
@ddpwe5269
@ddpwe5269 11 ай бұрын
You can get your D3 requirements from 10-30mins of sun(depending on your skin tone). Anything after that is excess. While your diet can help prevent getting a LOT of cancers, you forgot that our environment is also a huge factor (including excess sun). This comes from someone who has researched and is on a whole-food plant-based diet.
