Hi, thank you for the amazing videos! I had a HP CP1215 which was printing fine but after i changed the black toner cartridge with a aftermarket one the red color is not aligned and it's tilted from left to right. i changed the position of the blue and red cartridges and changed the chips on them and now the blue is not aligned! so the problem is not from cartridges. i ran several calibration cycles from computer and it's the same, someone told me that i should replace all the cartridge chips and it will probably solve the issue , I would love to know your opinion on how to fix it! thanks♥

I think it's a cartridsge problem, nothing to do with the chip. If the defective cartrisdge remains in the printer all your tests could be distorted. Or it could be a deformation of the mainframe

@@viandant5 How the mainframe can be damaged? I changed the position of the screws on the sensors on the ITB and it got aligned. but after a couple of prints now the black is 2mm lower than the other colors, I'm running out of options. what should i do?

@@diywithreza If the main frame is deformed the laser beam does not strike in the correct position. Also, it could be a laser unit problem. Indeed that printer is one of the worst HP ever made

That machine has no wiper blade, waste toner ends in the toner cartridge. May be the drum unit is dirty or defective

Salve, chiedo gentilmente un aiuto: ho una stampante Brother HL-3140CW che da qualche giorno emette un rumore ciclico sia all'accensione, che durante l'uscita dei fogli. Ogni foglio presenta 4 o 5 segni di piccola deformazione (più o meno 4 mm. di diametro) posizionati tutti a 83 mm. dal margine sinistro e distanti l'uno dall'altro verticalmente 65 mm, come se qualcosa che si trova tra i rulli spingesse per forarlo. Come posso intervenire per risolvere il problema? Molte grazie

@@viandant5 Si, ho già trovato ieri sera questo video che spiega molto bene come rimuovere i fusori e procedendo secondo istruzioni ho riscontrato la pellicola del fusore superiore sbucciata in più parti. Questo causava il saltellamento di uno dei dentelli ferma carta. Adesso ho ordinato un fusore superiore compatibile, spero di saperlo sostituire perché nel video che ho visto non ci sono le istruzioni per la sostituzione, ma solo per la pulitura. Ti ringrazio in ogni caso per il supporto e per questi video veramente eccellenti. Se ci fosse in rete anche qualche tua istruzione per sostituire il fusore e se me la potessi indicare te ne sarei grato. Grazie mille.

@@viandant5 Ho seguito le istruzioni, il modello illustrato non è identico, ma con un pò di attenzione si comprende ugualmente come fare. Ho completato la sostituzione del rullo fusore superiore ed ho provato la stampante che adesso funziona perfettamente. Non so se è necessario fare qualche reset software del fusore, proverò adesso a vedere. Ti ringrazio per l'aiuto fornito attraverso i tuoi tutorial realizzati in modo eccellente, da grande professionista, fatti così bene ed in maniera così chiara da mettere nelle condizioni un utente normale, dotato di un pò di buona manualità, di eseguire un lavoro altrimenti impossibile. Grazie di tutto.
