I have a MFC 9340CDW that I finally went through the original black toner cartridge. Not long after replacing it, I started getting a paper jam (similar to one of your other videos) where the tab of paper extends just past the fuser. I decided to replace the fuser yet the problem persists. Paper jams the same way whether I feed manually on the upper front tray or the lower tray. Any ideas?

Kovaction, Try opening the rear access door when you print. If your paper comes out with no jam, then it is likely your output assembly that needs adjusted or replaced. Hi, is there a way I can install the belt when the printer is off? My printer just suddenly went off while still printing. I has already warned me before that the "belt ends soon" and so I ordered it right away. However, I thought it's going to tell you first when it's time to replace it but to no avail. Please advise

Happy Monday, Anna! Once you get the message that it ends soon, when it does finally go out it will make the printer to stop printing. The good news is that once you have the belt you can certainly install it while the printer is off. Once you install just turn the printer on and reset with the instructions in the box or watch the video above. We hope this helps! -Onyx Service Team
