There is quite a bit of wtf inside this knife. Cool to see the inner workings. I agree this is definitely a my first knife. Great video 👍

That is a really confusing knife. I don’t think I will be getting that one. Thanks for doing this video.

It’s actually fairly simple in practical use, but obviously I can understand giving it the skip.

I would love to see their take on this concept

I wondered how they did the push button. Never seen one in person. I think I saw a Off-Grind brand knife that has a similar button in the handle. So someone used it besides Kershaw?

The FatBoy from Off-Grid, as much as EEDC and the Shredder boys talk about them I really need to check them out. Some of their models look solid.

Coast made a knife that had a lock like this as well.

I hope more budget companies do that, innovation is huge. Can’t find that one specifically though. It’s be interesting to see if they did theirs the same way.

Good point...”thistle” does sound a little prickly for an introductory knife. Maybe something scoutish, like Ranger? Why isn’t anyone making a first knife for folks? Hmmm. Maybe your people could do lunch with the Kershaw people and pitch the idea. Maybe CRKT would be better, as they are less stodgy. Huh. Your financial empire awaits.
