Disassociation a Barrel Aged Imperial Stout by Celestial Beerworks - Episode 267

Imperial Stout aged 36 months in a Heaven Hill Bourbon barrel, and conditioned on vanilla beans from Papua New Guinea and medium roast, Mexican coffee beans from our Dallas friends at LDU. It emits aromas of dark chocolate and a fresh pour of espresso, and drinks very fudgy with full body. The vanilla perfectly melds the coffee and barrel character together to create this decadent yet delicate imperial stout.

So happy you enjoyed it!! I can't wait to see what you think about the other Celestial and others as well. For any Celestial barrel aged beer, they sell out within 10 minutes of being available to public. They are a one time brew and generally do not come back a second time.
