I recently came across a Westland Wessex Helicopter at 'Rednal Combat' an Airsoft site in Shropshire. I have researched further into the history of Wessex RG468 and its role during the Falklands War in 1982.

No such registration as "RG" 468, it's actually XT 468.

Whats the xt stand for . Usually have ships or air station initial .enjoyed .

@@georgeknight636XT is part of the aircraft’s unique serial number and never changes. The RG bit is the one that identifies its base location - by definition this changes as locations change.
