Why building codes do not require powered attic fans? That 130 temp could be 105-110 with an attic fan !

This must be why so many companies do both HVAC and plumbing!

Hey walt, Is there a way to cut a tee in that line connecting to the plumbing, and hook your vac up to that. Then screw a cap on until next time?

Great video, great work. 130, damn that is brutal. I truly loved the co.m3nt made at 2:08, I could not agree with you more. Take care, keep your fingers crossed.

112 degrees is lightweight. But 130. That’s whole different level. 🥵

I went behind a shady company today. Said company diagnosed a cracked drain pan and quoted replacement. The drain was hooked to the horizontal drain pan and it was hooked to the emergency condensate pipe. That gives a bad name.

I got the DeWalt 20v battery vacuum. Pretty good unit

I have the 20v, but it doesn't compare to this one

@@WWHVAC I agree. No way the battery operated can compare to the A/C vacuum

Whoever ran the plumbing for that sink definitely didn’t know what they were doing 😂

Yeah, about to say 3 or 4 of them elbows for a drain. That's definitely going to plug fast.

that is a bad p trap the water has to be able to flow not rise up and flow it wont work

I also vacuum the pipe going into the wall, a lot of blockages happen right when pipe is right against the wall and the drop afterwards. With regular pop up drains hair is always slowing the flow.

Dumb builder put the drain line from the house too high for that sink arrangement. It really only is maybe an inch or two below the bottom of the sink drain so it won't flow like it should. Plus, that trap is always full of water ahead of it and after it. Leaks could develope. Yep...another Texas Special, bathroom sink condensate line plugged itself up like clockwork.

The attic was like a sauna. This was an HVAC plus a plumbing job. Hopefully, you got paid for both services. Job well done

I was only paid for one job(clearing drain). With property management, I can earn well on larger projects like change-outs and significant repairs. However, not every job will be highly profitable. I have to accept the good with the not-so-good.
