is it ark already configured in kubectl utilities or need to configure separately ?

How ark handle the storage backup, for example in the demo, how ark back up the pv? What if I restore to another cluster , can it still restore the pv?

Will Kubernetes 'reduce' the dependency of IT Network departments/Engineers in an enterprise environment? If yes, what's the core reason?
