Mate, Get yourself a blue seas systems 4 pole isolator , turn it to “on” and then it’s charges both batteries and keeps em seperate when needed . . Never have that issue again and it’s extra layer of safety . It’s a must have IMO.

Mate get yourself a 16v 500uF super capacitor bank, it will crank over any motor. Just a great precaution you can use to be sure you can start your motor.

My thoughts is throughout the morning starting the engine, trimming the motors ect has drained the secondary battery 🪫 Then just sitting there fishing it was slowly draining away faster then usual from the morning loads and boink. No more volts.

That panel on your roof should be pushing charge back to your batteries if they have been set up properly there’s an app for the Victron to check your system. Check the solar controller that it’s been wired correctly to the right terminals for your panel and batteries.

Need a sounder up the front Timmy. You only fish in the back of boat so you can see your sounder. Put a big sounder up the front and you might use the cast deck a lot more.
