My warm start issue on my 2.0tdi leon was the camshaft position sensor, after it was replaced the car started no problem whilst the engine was warm

How did you make the interior trims of your leon look like that,i mean the dash trim arround the speedometer

I had them hydro dipped mate by a guy called josh here in the UK. He does loads of different styles of dipping and designs. Give him a shout via his Facebook page JH Hydro's 👍🏻 He'll talk u though what he can do and estimates of prices plus postage etc

as a guy thats worked at curb side motors for years i find it really easy and quick (when working alone) to use a 500ml medical syringe and back blead the brakes

I've never been aware of this method before but sounds useful to know. So do you draw fluid through the bleed nipple and just keep the reservoir topped up as u go??

@@NorthCoastWorkshop You do it from the Nipple and drain the reservoir. Works great on braded lines

forgot to mention use grease around the nips to reduce the ingress of air

Cheers mate, really appreciated 😊 Sorry quick question, when u mean u drain the reservoir , u mean with the syringe to take out all the old fluid then you top up before syringing from the brake nipples yeah? I'm just double checking 😅

Well done Kev you saved the Ibiza fr from being Brocken up and scrapped she looks good , now for your hard to start up when hot problem on the diesel Leon’s it’s the cam position sensor at fault , keep the fr till the Cupra is refurbished as I think you will be spending some money on all the rear suspension and bushes let alone de rusting chassis and floor etc underneath then sell the fr when the Cupra is back on the road , then maybe buy another project car maybe a diesel Leon that could become your winter runaround so your lovely Cupra stays out of the winter salts etc Great video and good to have you back 👍🏻

That's a really good shout, something that rings a bell in my head that I've heard before, but never thought about it when it actually may be of use to me!! 😅 And the advice with regards to the Ibiza is good too. I may modify it a little just to keep my mod addiction happy 😂 but ur rite. The underside of the Cupra is definitely the focus and expensive job to be saving for 😬🙈 Thanks again mate 😊

sell it off get your money back, ibiza is the poor person version of the leon so buy a mk1 yellow leon and modify that and then you got a mk1 and a mk2 leon to take shows ;)
