I have a Gym membership I go 5 times a week But I don't have the money To go on Diet so I eat home made food which doesn't make a change it makes my hard work in gym have no gains 💔. It makes me feel like I'm wasting my time. I really wanna loose weight 😔

@@terryhr338 you can eat good with low income bud, frozen veggies, plain chicken/fish/minced beef. Google cheap healthy recipes. It's all about calories and less fats.

When I started I had to lose weight what really made it easy is eating as much normal food but cuttin out soft drinks. Everytime I went to the store I didnt go to the candy area and after 2 months was disgusted when I drank non water.
