i agree a red BMW is great sad to see most of them not red anymore very boring collours latetly. same for serten mercedes they look better in deep red candy like paints due of body shapes of the car vs grey and darker collours. Maybe i might pick up this RC because i kinda want Ready to Drive from the box.

@@disciplinerc It might look better in apple candy red (with some race brand stickers) but you might make it to nice then and cry when you crash it. haha. I repainted my 1st car because it was F up paint so when i drive around town people know its me. also grabs attention from cops but so far they didnt bully me yet. haha but yeah its a bit sus having bright red car and a white line under it. with a funky exaust.

On those speed runs, if you crank the gyro up to where it starts getting squirrely and then back it off just a little bit. You'll actually be able to drive it at top speed. I have a Traxxas xo1 that drives very similar to this car with the gyro off, but once you turn the dryer on you can do anything you want with it.

It's a really good car, quite fast. Banggood is a really good distributor, I've had more issues with Amazon then I have with them. The car will eat tires when full throttle. That's the only thing to be concerned about. I was full throttle for about 30mins straight and I took them down about 25%. 1/10 tires are pretty cheap though to replace 👌

Great vid! Like what you do a lot 👍🏻 Gyro at about 25% is the sweet spot in my opinion. Sway bars are a must, helps a lot. My Panther does 79km/h with non balloning tires and it goes straight. But I had to trim the body quite a lot. How is it with the E30? Also trimming necessary? I did not intend to buy it but your vid might change my mind 🤪🤪🤪 Ps. Shame on HNR, they should have fixed the issues from the Panther.

A bit of trimming on the rear fenders. I found that anything more than 15% gyro made it go squirrelly at speed. 👍

Hi, nice clips but you never show half trottle speed or slow cruise segments in your clips. That way I wonder if any rc has proportional throttle. It would be nice to see how the precisely cars handle low throttle. Best regards

I love my HNR Panther. I was just looking for parts last night. How perfect was it that you were at the mall playing that 80's style music. I really like how they changed the body clips on The Werewolf. With the four posts and the velcro combo on The Panther, it can be hard to line up, especially at night. Other than the gyro being backwards the only other problem I had was, like you said, the tires ballooning. It was so bad you could hear the tires hitting the chassis when you open up a can of Heinz on it. It should really come with some belted ones. Well, I guess I'm getting another HNR 😅. That red is sick! I'll be sure to use your link. Great video bro. Can't wait for the next one!

Hi! My son just bought the same car and was very excited to try it out. We just have a huge problem - the car does not move 😂 wheels turn, lights work, but it just doesn't move an inch. We have tried reading the manual and understanding the steps to the calibration (the manual doesn't explain everything as I would like), but nothing. Any tips for newbies are appreciated!

That's sad 😭 Let's start with a few things. Are all 3 wires connected to the motor? Follow the leads to the ESC and motor. If a connection is off the motor won't work. Next check the transmitter, it's possible the throttle duel rate is turned to zero. If you need to calibrate, the process can be complicated at first. KZbin search 'hobbywing esc calibration' the first 3 you'll find are short and easy to follow. Make sure your settings are at 100% on the transmitter before you start and the throttle switch is setup to normal, not reverse. The ESC is a Hobbywing RTR version and has Les options then a typical ESC, but there are ways to factory reset it if you do the wrong things first time. Just make sure the wheels are up off the ground so it doesn't take off if you calibrate it backwards...still happens to me 😅 Lastly, if the battery isnt to spec of the minimums the ESC needs it may not work either. Let me know if any of that helps 👍

Great video brother! I just ordered one, but i need batteries. Which 2s and 3s batteries can i use for this? It looks like the batteries have several styles of connections and mAh. I believe more mAh means longer runtime and 2s are 7.4v vs 3s 11.1v.

You can run both 2s or 3s. But 3s is a real hand full to drive. 2s is plenty powerful. It's comes with a Dean's or T-Plug connector. Look for a battery that has dimensions of 140x26x47 (standard 5000mah sizes) give or take a few millimeters and it will fit perfect. 5000mah will give you a lot of run time and are pretty inexpensive. Just be sure you get a 50c rating or more to give you more punch 👊
