Excellent video, thank you. It's clear you've spent a lot of time preparing such detailed graphics. I was wondering if you might mention something about checking for diverted neutral current on TN-C-S supplies before disconnecting the main earth from the MET, but perhaps you'll deal with that in a separate video. [Edit - and of course, you already have! KZbin just suggested that video to me]

Thanks very much freezefoot. Re the artificial neutral, its something I need work on🙂 The earth marshalling bar, is something thats not mentioned much. Its used in guidance note 8 earthing and bonding. Actually they call it a earth marshalling terminal

Excellent video. Parallel paths in EICRs is not well understood. A couple of really good shorts by "Mainly Electrical" have highlighted this.
