How can I be sure that the property is not hijacked by real estate nomads? Is it still the case that someone who is in the house for 3 days can continue to live there? How is it ensured that the new owner can go away for more than 3 days without having to leave the house to someone who has hijacked the house?

I have seen this home before. It is absolutely beautiful. I would probably extend it off the kitchen with another dining room, games room/bar and of course a wellness room. Probably increase the size of the pool and put an outdoor kitchen and bar in the pool area.

Ein sehr schönes Anwesen, aber was macht man dort? Ronda ist ziemlich abgelegen und im Winter recht kalt für spanische Verhältnisse. Ich mag Ronda sehr und für einen Besuch im Sommer ist es immer wieder schön. Nur in dieser Gegend wohnen wäre mir etwas zu einsam. Wenn man absolute Ruhe sucht, ist es sicher perfekt. Ich finde es sehr gut, dass Ihr viele Geschmäcker ansprecht. Da kann wirklich jeder sein Traumanwesen finden. Besten Dank für Eure ambitionierte Arbeit!
