Wow, that's a very good value for all that land. I would be perfectly happy only with the guest house. A lot of pretty cool nooks and places in the house and in the garden. Good job and a great choice of music. I had to Shazan the first one, because I heard it before

@@TheMarobrothers Way too hot here I have been melting major heat wave for over 2 and a half weeks now. I miss the happy medium weather we used to get I think that is a thing of the past now. I have been keeping cool in my pool but the smoke in the air is not good. Though the fires are north of us the smoke did reach us in town here. All of Canada is in a major heat wave we have never had this at least not in the 57 years I have been on the earth lol. I can not complain too much at least I am not in South America they are getting 40s and 50s weather.

@@TheMarobrothers I never had any interest in tennis, except on tv. Last year some friends from work "tricked" me to go with them to try golf. They have played for years. I had 1 good hit and I was hooked. I am ABSOLUTELY no natural golfer, so it is hard to learn. But there is progress. Last 9-hole game we played I hit 5 of 9 greens from 75-110m. Actually better than my friends. Sooo I would build a 400 sqm putting green with bunkers and a golf-simulator. Maybe a driving range too(with net), I mean 40hectar... 😊

As a Majorcan I can say that the main house is really an old Majorcan house (exquisitely decorated) with many elements of decoration very recognizable for us islanders including the very low height of some ceilings and doors although it is not typical of all places, a local architect told me that it was done this way in mountain areas because it was easier to heat in winter. But what for me is totally out of place is the decoration of the guest house...it is horrible with a mixture of styles that neither fit nor make sense and the garden has too many plants not typical of our island and too much grass in the middle being a land of so little rainfall does not make much sense. It's a very nice property but I don't think it's worth 10 million euros for anything.
