You can buy a condo, townhome even a house and still walk to almost eveything in Downtown Delray Beach. Thanks! I haven't been to the food hall. It was in the planning stage when I left Boynton. The Grove has changed. I used to go to the Irish bar. Lots of locals hang out there.

You can live in Delray Beach and enjoy downtown without living there and paying such high prices for condos. West Delray is about a ten minute drive from downtown and there’s a sizable garage downtown that is free M-F until 4PM. Condos out west are considerably less than downtown.

What! Filmed Sept 18th, we just left Delray on September 18th! Would have been great to run into you. Thanks for all of your South Florida videos. I have a Google map with all of the places you mention checked. This time around we checked off two more of your recommendations; Peanut Island and Two Georges. Unfortunately, the water was too choppy to padleboard around Peanut, so we took the shuttle boat instead.

Amazing hotel you will love it. Just had lunch there two weeks ago. If you go to my KZbin channel and look at the playlist you can see a bunch of Delray Beach videos under discovering the Palm Beaches. To get around you can order freebee which is a golf cart sevice and they will pick you up and take you all around downtown Delray Beach for free. Definitely check out Rocco's Tacos with the best homemade guacamole or El Camino which has a very cool vibe. For live music there's Johnny Brown's or Tin Roof and for a cool experience you want to check out Throw Social Delray.

Delray Beach is actually a fairly old town. So its utility wires are often above ground. They will likely be all underground in due time.

Sad,,, this is going to change in March when the developers are going to start construction & destroy the area of Papa Tapas & the Post Office. They will be putting townhouses!! The prices will be crazy!!
