the best thing I did was move from this city nothing to do no jobs, I live in Hallandale Beach Fl which is close to Miami and Hollywood Beach Fl the night life is great it's a lot of jobs that's available and paying good.

Its definitely not for everybody, it does have a lot of nice restaurants that do get busy at night and weekends and the shopping plus the beaches are beautiful but other than that it's not a city that has a whole lot for younger people to do. Thanks for watching and sharing your opinion

We are from the UK and we have few friends that already did the move and have nothing but great things to say about living in Boca. We were looking at many areas around south Florida for about a year and this specific area has the type of houses we want and the location we like. I read about the neighbourhood but the reviews about the HOA weren't that great so this is why we are asking.

Hello! It's Boca Ratón not Boca Rata. Google it and it's meaning is wrong. It claims that it's translation means mouth of a rat but it means mouth of a male mouse. Fix it as it can reflect your city's reputation! Not checking then submitting it's meaning to Google and Google not editing then letting anyone wondering it's meaning and Googling it are being mislead. When I went to college my teachers never let us use Google or use anything on the internet for writing our paper report or for homework. It was only for reference and this is one reason why.

More Boca, less you please. There are 3 or 4 realtors who make these video's of these area's. At least 50% of these video's are of these guys faces. I am looking to see the area in the title. I want to see housing, markets, beaches, waterways, activities while you talk. Props for actually showing a tesla when you walked thru the Tesla store and not just your face the entire time as you told us about it.
