Great discussion Ladies! As a new gun owner myself (only since early 2021), I appreciate your insights and tips. I'm always looking for more knowledge and down to earth relatable advice, but (of course!) KZbin is not always the best place to get it. So I'm glad the team at Langdon is reaching out with common sense perspective to educate all the newbies like myself! Thank you!

It is important to have these discussions between and about women who are an under-represented segment of the firearms community. But everything you said here applies to men as well. I have seen far to many men acting contrary to what we understand and know is proper firearm handling, likely because they think men know everything about firearms because they are men. Wrong. You cannot be a tourist about firearms and carry. There is no half-way when it comes to knowledge about firearms and handling of firearms. I have not met anyone who is born with proper firearms skills. So these discussions are valuable - for everyone.

Comparing "carrying" (and "the event") we (civilians and ex-military) wont see coming (in an urban environment) to fitness and horses??? WOW!! :))
