I lived off 37th and Forest for a few years. My rent was only $700 from 2018-2021 but the rent went up to $1200 in the last couple years.

Yeah, rent has definitely gone up, but there are also way more amenities now

@@movingtokc that's a fact. I remember my first apartment off Johnson Dr in KCK was only $450 a month. Now I heard it's going for up to $1800. I've lived all over KCK and KCMO and am currently back in KCK (wyandotte) where the cost of living is a bit cheaper for now.
