We really enjoyed how you found less crowded areas to visit despite the fact that Nara is is a popular tourist destination. Also, we like your strategy of staying over night, which enables you to visit locations during the quiet times.

You finish 2024 with another great video Kengo. Thank you for the many great videos that you made for us in 2024. I very much appreciate your hard work and the high quality videos. Switzerland is so far away from Japan, so when I see your videos, its always a little bit like being in Japan. Have a great start into 2025. All the best to you, your family, your friends and Kenny ! I look very much forward to enjoy more great videos from you in 2025.

Nara is very interesting and definitely a place I would like to explore. I LOVE those adorable deer who bow for their snacks. Don't worry about saying the word beautiful too much. It is a very fitting descriptive English word. We English love our gardens as well. I've been looking for a Japanese maple tree to plant in my garden. They are so beautiful. Thank you for taking the early morning walk. I am an early riser so that was a perfect time of day to explore whilst avoiding the crowds. Great vid. Thank you.

When I visited Nara, my two highlights were: Kasuga-Taisha shrine - there, be sure to visit the place where you have to pay a small admission fee (I dont remember the name of it). Its so beautiful and really worth it. And feeding the deer. We got a cabbage at a shop and cut it up into pieces before going to Nara park, and fed the cabbage to the deer. They loved it, and I think it is also healthier for them as the crakers. Beware however, the deer can be quite demanding, so we fed them only with a bench nearby, so that we could "save" ourselfs and jump onto the bench. Our third highlight was a delicious lunch in a tiny restaurant, run by an old charming japanese lady. Just a few seats, in a living room looking like my late grandmothers living room, no menu, no english. A delicious Sukiyaki set meal, and even though we dont speak japanese, we felt very comfortable and welcome there. Sadly, I dont remember the name of this tiny restaurant.
