Can you tell what are the to beautiful buildings ( palaces maybe) a bit after the El corte inglês?

One of them is the Palacete Mendonça, built at the beginning of the 20th century by a rich coffee merchant. The other one, I don't know the story exactly, but when I was a child it operated as a SAMS clinic and the pastry shop was in the mansion and it was very beautiful.
