Due to the recent government advice to reduce the spread of Coronavirus, some of our customers may prefer a shorter vehicle handover process when collecting their new or used car from us. Because of this, we have created a series of videos to cover some of the technology on our latest cars, which can be watched in the comfort of your own car!

The video was reasonably informative but what I have been searching for is HOW to DELETE all UNWANTED routes that the previous owner had entered. Any ideas people?

My car is VW Tiguan 2020 with basic radio system .... how to change it to this screen. Do we need to make any electric alterations to have it fixed. I've seem many infotainment systems that look alike but there differences in buttons for example this one in your video has "NAV" button others don't.... can you help please

I have a question. If a Volkswagen radio does not offer navigation, can you install a gps navigation SD card and obtain navigation using the media option? Is this possible? Your reply will be greatly appreciated.

It is not possible, the CD player and SD card only support very limited types of medias, like audio, image and video files. It is basically like a digital frame. The factory navigation has specific programs to read the navigation SD card and it is most likely proprietary. You cannot put your own navigation in it. Best bet is to download offline maps to your phone and connect your infotainment using apple CarPlay/ android auto
