Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 tbsp

Potato - 2 medium sliced
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
Oil - 3 tbsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp (optional)
Green Masala Paste (without Coconut)-
Whole spices (cinnamon -1", cardamom -3, cloves -4, peppercorns - 1/2 tsp)
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Onion sliced - 1/2
Garlic - 5 to 6 flakes
Green chillies - 6 to 7
Ginger - 1"
Coriander leaves - 1 cup
